Covid/ Cancellation Policies
We've staggered our appointments and reorganized our stations. Allowing for minimal contact between each client and to allow for social distancing, when needed.
We ask you to arrive and attend your appointment alone as there will not be additional seating for any guests not booking in to receive service.
If you are presenting any symptoms of Covid-19 you will be asked to reschedule your appointment to a date later than 2 weeks time.
You will be required to wear a mask and sanitize your hands upon entry.
You are required to be outside of the spa 5 min prior to your appointment time where we will greet you and socially distance your entrance.
Any late arrivals will not be accepted and will be rescheduled. Cancellation policy will apply to all late or missed appointments.
Tea service or beverages will not be permitted at this time. Tea will remain available for retail purchase.
A valid credit card is required on file at time of booking. We are discouraging the use of cash.
48 hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments. The full cost of service plus 18% gratuity will be applied without sufficient cancellation notice. Groups of 5 or more guests require 7 days notice if cancelling an entire reservation. Group bookings of 3 or more guests require 72 hours notice for all cancellations or service changes. Please note all guests must be age 13 and over. We will not able to accommodate strollers, baby carriers or children in the spa under 13.
Noise consideration to others
We are a social, fun space but as a courtesy to others please turn your cell phones to silent mode and use head sets while using your technology.
