Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late or missed appointment leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another guest. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Guests who provide less than 48 hours notice for a single guest booking or miss their appointment will be charged the cancellation fee of the cost of services booked, plus 18% gratuity to the card on file.  Groups of 5 or more guests require 7 days notice if cancelling an entire reservation. Group bookings of 3 or more guests require 72 hours notice for all cancellations or service changes. Please note all guests must be age 13 and over. We will not able to accommodate strollers, baby carriers or children in the spa under 13.
