Natalie Esau has established a name for herself in the spa industry as a skilled professional. She began her career in 2003 always knowing she was going to own her own spa one day. Natalie developed her knowledge and skills while working as an esthetician in a high-volume spa in Montreal. She took her passion and dedication for the industry with her across North America, where she worked as a lead skincare instructor, spa director and teacher.

What she envisioned, is exactly what she created when she established, The Upkeep Shoppe. Within the walls of the spa, one can find a division of two different worlds. Downstairs, resembles the hustle bustle of the city. The manicure stations and comfy pedicure couches create a beautiful atmosphere for you to socialize, vibe to upbeat music and potentially meet some new friends. A serene atmosphere lies upstairs, where the brow bar, lounge and treatment rooms can be found. It is there that customers can come to relax and reward themselves with the self-care they deserve.
